Number of Participants

After many wonderful events over the last decade+, we have developed a unique program that provides enrichment for a wide range of player. We do not wish to exclude anyone, but in order to promote a retreat setting with the close-knit group sessions and personal interactions, we are limiting this year’s edition of Flute Harvest to 20 participants.

If the current year’s event is filled, you may click here to place yourself on a waiting list for the event, in case there are cancellations.

Costs

As of 2023, the Program Fee for Flute Harvest is $800 (earlybird) and $900 after March 1. Lodging and meals runs from between $300 and $985 depending on your choice of accomodation (commuter, double, or single room). Please see the Registration Form for specifics.

Payment Plans

Participants have the option this year of paying for the registration (and optional housing) on an installment basis. You have the option to pay 50% at the time of registration, then 25% by August 1, 2023 and the remaining 25% by September 1, 2023.

Cancellation Policies

Lodging portion

Prior to August 1, 2023, the lodging or commuter fee portion of your registration will be refunded.

On or after August 1, 2023, due to restrictions by the retreat center, the lodging or commuter fee portion of your registration is non-refundable.

Workshop portion

Prior to October 1, 2023, the workshop portion of your registration fee will be refunded minus a $75 handling fee.

On or after October 1, 2023, 50% of the workshop portion of your registration fee will be refunded, and the other 50% may be applied to a future Flute Harvest.
